About Us

BIKALPA-Nepal is a Non profit organization which is local, implementing organization which resides and operates in the same location. We are observing and acting the situation of children and their families every day. We are also part of the community.  The Organization is founded by the youth who gone through the education in schools that was impacted them. They has experience of mobilizing self help groups, teachers and parents for the benefit of children and their families. The consultant/process facilitators have much more experience in running public schools and mobilizing duty bears.

BIKALPA-Nepal adept at cross-cultural work and bring awareness of power, identity, and conflict to every workshop we do. As an organization, we’re committed supporting historically marginalized communities in Nepal and across the world, including Indigenous, working class and poor communities of both women and men.

Because our approach is experiential, concerned people are active in the learning process and we’ve found that we need time to build relationships, allow for learning moments and create practical application steps.
